They had run the same old work for decades and found they were in need of redefining their purpose. In the end, a core business mandate unearthed our creative brief: every dollar consumers spend on their products goes back to the farmer-owners.
What rose to the top was an insight that resonated with families and farmers alike. The strategic overhaul informed the brand's photographic style, graphic representation, broadcast output and social presence.
This idea, centered in togetherness, supporting your neighbor and quality struck a chord with Kemps and the tight knit communities of the upper Midwest. To ensure that Kemps dairy farmers were accurately depicted, this :30 second commercial was shot on location in Menomonie, Wisconsin.
As the :30 commercial ran, Kemps wanted to scale efforts across their brand including their social voice and appearance. The goal of the challenge was to meaningfully engage Millennial moms with the Good Comes Around messaging as well as information about family farmers, recipes, cultural events and the Kemps product offering.
